[Qt-interest] Can't see Icons in tool bar and application

Good morning everybody,

I'm very new to QT so Im questioning the group with very basic stuff. I'm designing my GUI with QTDesigner, where I created a Toolbar and many buttons.
Now, for each button I created an ACTION and for each action I linked an image PNG/ICO...ecc. now
To create a button in the toolbar I drag the action on the toolbar area and drop it. Fantastic! in QTDesigner I can see both the button and it's image BUT
as soon as Pass to visual studio 2008 and compile, well all desappera. Instead of a nice button with its image, I can only see the button with the correspondent label.
Morever I realize that also the application Logo (the QT logo) is desappeared.

Any help!? Am I doing something wrong?
