[Qt-interest] Intercepting Phonon VideoWidget frames as they are pushed

Have you considered using ffmpeg directly, instead of going through all 
the phonon/DirectShow/QuickTime/gstreamer/etc... layers and implementing 
a workaround just so you can get the frames?
