[Qt-interest] Qt 4.5 Open Source (Windows) -- is it legal to redistribute the Qt DLLs?

Hi,

I am confused as well. To recapitulate the result of this LGPL (for 
dummies), here are some basic questions:

1.)
Is it legal to develop and sell a commercial closed-source app that 
links against the QT-libs?

2.)
Is deriving own (closed-source) classes from QT-classes (eg. QWidget) 
allowed?

3.)
What about static linkage?
