[Qt-interest] hiding windows from the task bar

I'm developing a widget on my PC.
I noticed that when I create a QWidget it will be automatically added 
into the task bar, which usually lies at the bottom of the screen.
 
Can I just show my widget on the desktop  without adding a minimized 
window in the task bar?  I have to do so because I will have many widget running 
at the same time.
 
Please give me some hint. Thank you.
