[Qt-interest] Bluetooth ?

With the demise of Qtopia/Qt Embedded, is there any plan to add Bluetooth support to Qt ?

I want to write some Bluetooth aware applications on my Mac using Qt.  The previous Qt Bluetooth was based on the bluez libraries (reference <http://doc.trolltech.com/qtextended4.4/bluetooth.html#software-requirements> )

To my frustration, bluez seems to be Linux only.  I can find no reference to anyone building/running bluez on a Mac (or a Windows box for that matter)

Is there such an animal as a portable Bluetooth library ?
