What are you talking about. There is nothing like a 'chapter' in qwt. It 
ships with example which have names.
Before you do anything else look into qwt_global and check that the 
version is 5.2.0. (Line 23)

#define QWT_VERSION_STR   "5.2.0"

Or better delete all your qwt libary code and download 5.2.0.
