I could not find anything in the Qt-interest list page about a netiquette.

Or did you mean RFC-1855 ?

Perhaps one should be defined for the Qt lists - it could even clear
out the confusion on my part as to how to reply to emails on the list
(eg. To: user, CC: list vs. To: list).
