[Qt-interest] How to port a application to another system

Hello everyone,

I have created an application using Qt 4.5.0 and ubuntu 9.04....
now i would like to execute this application in another system (some other
distribution of Linux) which does not hav Qt installed in it ,
how do i go for it? Do i need to copy shared libraries?
please give me  some suggestions..
