I think that someone of the qtsoftware/creator team is working on it. There 
are some issues concerning the path of the executable between different 
creator versions and between linux and windows version of qt creator. In some 
versions the executable is expected to be in the main project path, in other 
versions the executable lies in a release or a debug subdirectory....

Sometimes it may help to delete the file .pro.user - the creator will 'create' 
a new one with correct paths.
