[Qt-interest] Use vlc's command line option in windows

Hi all,

I am trying to stream a video using vlc in widows using commandline option
as a process,but I failed to start vlc
using commandline option in windws.

I installed the vlc version VLC mediaplayer 0.8.6e
and I typed the command vlc on my command prompt and I got the following
error

' vlc ' is not recognized as in internal or external command,
operable program or batch file

any one please help me
it is very urgent
and
