[Qt-interest] QT and SNMP NMS

Hello Kosta,

You might want to take a look at the agentpp library
(http://www.agentpp.com/).
It is a C++ library to work with SNMP v1 to v3.

I'm still in the process of a first implementation here, but it looks
decent so far.
