Interesting question: a "Qt way" for writing printed documentation? Back in university time I used Framemaker for writing my diploma work ;) But most people here will probably use something like Word or OpenOffice for their printed documentation.
By the way, if you are referring to an "online manual", then Qt also offers http://doc.qtsoftware.com/4.5/qthelp.html. I think nowadays the "Qt Assistant" based help browser uses WebKit, so you can use the latest and greatest (X)HTML :) - Previously it was merely a "sufficient subset of HTML 4.0" (or even 3.2 only?).
Cheers, Oliver
