[Qt-interest] Upgrding Qt-win 4.4.3 -> 4.5.1

Hi

I was trying to download the latest Qt opensource for both *nix and windows
but now I find different flavors... my latest downloads were
qt-...-opensource.tgz or zip for windows.

In the LGPL area there are two options at
http://www.qtsoftware.com/downloads

1) Qt SDK: Complete Development Environment

2) Qt: Framework Only

Which one of them is the equivalent to the one I used to download? My
intuition tells me it is the SDK (?) but am not sure and don't want to spend
hours just to see if it is the right one, since the second option gives me
the MinGW version that I don't want, I need the one that compiles and works
witn Visual Studio... is it the SDK what I need for both linux and windows?

Sorry for this lame question but I don't use to upgrade frequently and the
last time the site was a bit different...
