[Qt-interest] Parent window display over child window

I have problem to display a parent window over its child window when it is activated, it always stay in the 2nd plan (background), raise() and lower() only affect children.
Is that behavior a bug or is it impossible to have it on Window (no problem on MacOS and Linux) ?

(my goal is to have 2 mainwindows without "priority" displaying one over the other, but only one taskbar button)
