[Qt-interest] QRunnable or QThread

Hi guys, 
I was wondering what's the difference between QThread and QRunnable, i.e. why we should use QThread instead of QRunnable. 
The only difference I found was that QRunnable can be used with QThreadPool. 

Any ideas ? Both are classes, both have run method.
