This is a great resource, but it says, "Integration with Visual Studio is 
available as part of the Qt Commercial Editions".  This is not true anymore, 
since 4.5 was LPGL'd.  The VS Integration is now available to everyone, and 
is available from http://www.qtsoftware.com/downloads/visual-studio-add-in
