[Qt-interest] Make command not found ?

Hello, 
I am trying to run the first simple example from the Facing the wall tutorial. http://doc.trolltech.com/4.4/tutorials-tutorial-t1.html . 
I run qmake -project, after that qmake, but when I execute make : 'make' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file. 
Any ideas why ?
