[Qt-interest] QTabBar with horizontal text on West and East tabs

Is there any way to make QTabBar draw text horizontally, when tabs are located to the right or to the left of the QTabWidget without total reimplementation? If it's impossible via subclassing, it's OK for me to patch Qt, but I don't know exactly what must be rewritten :( There is a task in the bugtracker
