Apparently not, the installer seems to expect only 1 installation to be
done, so the only way around that is copy over the plugins and features
for the Qt integration. And thats a pretty common thing in eclipse world
to do actually (they even support a dropins folder in 3.4 and later to
not mangle eclipse-standard plugins with custom ones that you've copied
there).
