[Qt-interest] Make a few lines of a QTextEdit uneditable?

Exactly what I am trying to do.

A dockable widget will have a list of web page elements like Accordion, Drop
down menu and so on (that the editor has generated and is currently in the
code editor). These elements will be editable by double clicking on the dock
widget. Not editable using the code editor.
