[Qt-interest] font antialiasing on Windows - yuck

I'm trying to match the text quality of Microsoft Excel, which now uses 
Calibri 11. You can see from the attached image when I specify Calibri 
11 in my Qt app I'm getting some very ugly antialiasing. In this case 
this is a QListView (on the left, Excel is on the right).

Is there some magical thing I need to do to get the text to use full 
quality antialiasing or is this the best I can get?
