Nobody knows what you mean unless you explain it clearly.
Please forgive me but no matter how carefully I read "running two different QApplications" it does not give me any associations to "running two executables".
QApplication is just a class, instance of which (normally) exist in QT based application.
So you have qt based application, which runs as you expect it to run in a normal mode.
In a full screen mode it is not getting keyboard focus.
Why do you think the problem is related to running two QT based executables at the same time?
If you don't run another executable problem persists or application works normally in a Full screen mode?
