This behaviour occurs also with Cleanlooks on the latest Qt version I
have (4.5.3) from C++, i.e. nothing to do with PyQt: an editable
QComboBox has a scrollbar but a non-editable one does not. I guess
this is intentional, despite looking odd to me. Perhaps a Troll could
confirm this?
