[Qt-interest] 4.6-stable on windows

Hello,

I am trying to compile Qt 4.6-stable on Windows but I have the following
error message:

c:\qt\4.6\qmake\project.h(45) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file:
'qstringlist.h': No such file or directory
NMAKE : fatal error U1077: '"c:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio
9.0\VC\BIN\cl.EXE"' : return code '0x2'

is it normal?
