GLC_lib is interesting...

There does not seem to be a mailing list - possibly suggests there's
not much of a community around the tool.
You could try contacting the developer that created it - there's a
email link at the bottom of the page.

http://sourceforge.net/projects/glc-lib/    -- Looks as if there's
only one developer.
