[Qt-interest] [ModelView] item delegate rendering a widget -- missing example

I found this thread :

but the link (last entry of the thread) to the referenced attachment (widgets_in_view.tar) is dead, Since the Administrator didn't respond to my request. I would be pleased if someone in the list could provide it to me.  
Or give me a better hint/link for a Web howto.
