[Qt-interest] A small bug when disabling only one of scrollbars in GraphicsView QMainWindow

Hi!

At least on 4.6 RC1 on Windows, if you give only one of 
setHorizontalScrollBarPolicy(Qt::ScrollBarAlwaysOff) and 
setVerticalScrollBarPolicy(Qt::ScrollBarAlwaysOff), the edge areas of 
the scene (width matching where the scrollbar would be) will get 
distorted when scrolling the view with e.g. hand cursor or the other 
scrollbar. This happens at least with custom tiled background of 
pixmaps. Disabling both scrollbars removes this problem.
