[Qt-interest] [Compilation] How to use make under Mac ?

Hello,

For an IDE, I have to use the make command to compile Qt projects.
So I call qmake with the flags "-spec macx-g++" to create a Makefile instead of a xCode project but the command "make release/debug" doesn't run.
How can I make the make command run correctly under Mac ? Or if it is not possible, what command xCode use to create the application ?
