You bet. Show me a test that can tell you how good you are.  These tests are 
relative and managers like them because they give them something measurable 
and palpable albeit something totally incomplete. You can use tests to prune 
out the bad apples, but having performed well in a test doesn't necessarily 
mean you'll perform just as well if you get the job. The reverse is also 
true. Humans are much more complex.

And certifications are cashcows for the companies that offer them.
