[Qt-interest] Rich text + QLineEdit, QComboBox etc

Can anyone suggest how data input + rich text can be integrated smoothly ?

Given the Qt rich text doesn't support <input>, it's not clear to me how one
would display some rich text with integral input fields, such that the
layout doesn't go horribly wrong. I assume that you have to get QLineEdits
etc to play nicely with the rich text engine, but I'd appreciate some hints
on how to do so.
