[Qt-interest] Multi-page TIFF?

I searched the archive and this was asked before but I want to make sure 
it's still the case. QImage and QPixmap do seem to support reading or 
writing multi-page TIFF file. There's a bug filed for it and was close 
as out-of-scope (what does that mean anyway?)

If this is the case, then what should I do to call libtiff directly? I 
know Qt itself has libtiff compiled in the libs. Do I just download 
libtiff headers and include them in my Creator project? This is for Mac 
and Windows development.
