[Qt-interest] 4-6 stable does not compile

Please could you write every steps that we need to do in order to pull the
latest updates from git?

> ./bin/syncqt
> ./configure ....

I did a syncqt, I forgot that some headers needed to be created or
synchronized.
but the ./configure is failing now.
