[Qt-interest] example code from Qt Quarterly 29: "Experimenting with the Qt Help System"

Hello,

I am interested in getting the example code from the "Experimenting
with the Qt Help System" article in Qt Quarterly #29.  I see from the
Qt Quarterly home page (http://doc.trolltech.com/qq/) that it is not
yet listed as available, but I am hoping that there is another place
to get the code.
