Yes.

March 2, 2009 (the Qt 4.5.0 release).

Those drivers were kept private because they were incompatible with the GPL 
license. Ever since we licensed Qt with the LGPL, those drivers could become 
public.

Whether you have the necessary headers to build them, it's up to you.
