[Qt-interest] using png on windows

I am using qt 4.6 beta 1 on windows.  I am unable to see any png files, even
in the examples\widgets\imageview.  I configured qt with the options
"-no-qt3support -qt-libpng -platform win32-msvc2008"

Do I need the qt-zlib for this, guess I can try it, but I've already spent 8
hours compiling qt twice on my laptop.  Any advice on how to use png on
windows greatly appreciated.
