[Qt-interest] Need to show a menu item with disabled look but functional

Personally, in non-expert mode, I'd probably just leave those menu
items disabled as you desire, but set a toolTip for those options
explaining how to enable the expert / dangerous-options mode (assuming
toolTips work for disabled menu options of course)... just my 2c ;)
