[Qt-interest] Result qt4 dll doesn't run

Hello,
I compiled the qt4 library with compiler target x86_64-w64-mingw32 but 
it will not run anyone have idea why?
libqt4_plugin.dll' (%1 is not a valid Win32 application. (error 193))
