Can you even make Qt 4.4.3 run under Snow Leopard? I may be mistaken,  
but I think Snow Leopard requires a Cocoa, not Carbon, backend. I've  
compiled the latest Qt source (to be 4.6 sometime) under Snow Leopard  
and all works fine (almost).

I could be wrong on this though.
