[Qt-interest] Font styles in Qt

Hi!

Some fonts have non-standard styles, e.g. some DejaVu fonts have  
"Condensed" style. But Qt doesn't recognize them and lists only "common"  
styles (normal, italic, bold, bold italic).

There's a bug tracker entry for this problem (#143304) opened in 2006 with  
"highest" priority, but the bug is still there and nobody knows if/when  
it's going to be fixed -- it's scheduled for "some future release".

Is there any information about this issue? Is it going to be fixed at all?

P.S.: There's no offence. I highly appreciate Qt developers' work, but it  
seems strange that a bug with "highest" priority remains unfixed for  
several years.
