[Qt-interest] use qt4 designer form editors in my application

Hi to all.
I am writing an application which wants to access QObjects properties and 
possibly modify them.
It would be useful if I could use qt4 designer forms to edit the properties of 
my objects, for instance the designer String List editor, the Palette Editor, 
the color Editor... together with the Widget they use as item delegate to 
insert into my item view representing the objects properties.

Is this possible? What to include, what library to link? Any documentation?
