[Qt-interest] Which version of libsQt*.so to distribute? /qtsdk*/lib or /qtsdk*/qt/lib

I am confused by the Qt SDK directory structure.  The following two folders seem to contain different sized versions of, for example, libQtCore.so.4.6.1.  Is one debug and one release build?  

/opt/qtsdk-2010.01/lib

/opt/qtsdk-2010.01/qt/lib

I installed qt-sdk-linux-x86-opensource-2010-01.bin under Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.2.
