[Qt-interest] qt_untranslated.ts is missing.

What happened to qt_untranslated.ts?  It use to come with Qt, however in
seems to be missing in version 4.6.2.  Is this intentional?  Is this
something I need to generate myself?  Anybody know what's going on?
