[Qt-interest] problem with qmake to create vc project files

hi
i have strange bihaver in one of my laptops , when i do :
c:\dev\cpp\qt\fancybrowser>qmake -Wall -tp vc fancybrowser.pro
WARNING: Operator=(QMAKE_EXT_OBJ) clears variables previously set:
c:\Qt\4.6.1\mkspecs\win32-g++\qmake.conf:14
WARNING: Unable to generate output for:
C:/dev/cpp/qt/fancybrowser//Makefile.Debug [TEMPLATE vcapp]
WARNING: Unable to generate output for:
C:/dev/cpp/qt/fancybrowser//Makefile.Release [TEMPLATE vcapp]
it dosn't create me the projects files i also notice that it takes somthing
from win32-g++\qmake.conf:
i dont know if its right or not , but it doesn't create me any vc 2008
project files
the same version of qt and vc in different pc works just fine
what do you think is the problem ?
