The action is in a QMenuBar, not in a QMenu. Only the icon is visible, so it
would be convenient to have a tooltip available.
Anyway, it seems that this is a known limitation:
http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTBUG-2362
so i'll have to work round it myself.
