Thanks Tibor , But i'm not doing static builds , cause i need to
recompile Qt4 and enable static option.

So i ain't going to recompile it on Windows .. it tooks 2 hours on my
Linux , can't imagine what's happening on Windows.

What i want is just make it a shared Library.


Nikos gave me a good way , put it in the same directory.
