"Active Scheduler" certainly exists on S60, but are
you trying to do something that Qt Timers can't do
  just as easily?

Symbian isn't Linux/Unix and as far as I know,
doesn't usually have a serial console, although
Nokia has a developer tool that lets you do certain
things at a simulated console; I've (happily)
  forgotten its name already.

Subject: [Qt-interest] Questions about USSD on S60/maemo

Hi everyone!

I have a few questions about how to use USSD commands on S60 mobile phones.

- Is USSD supported by Qt for S60 ? I need send commands and read responses for
monitoring purposes.

- Exists on S60 something like "cron" for execute regularly a program ?
or may I execute from serial console any program on the phone ?

thanks for the help
