Even then you should use the latest of the Qt3 series (they are binary- and
source-compatible in upward direction). This will give you more optimizations,
more bug fixes and less security-holes.
And if the software needs it, take a look whether your distribution still
carries the old binaries of libqt3 for compatibility...
