[Qt-interest] How display icon indicator in form next to a QLabel ?

I use red / green icons to in a QTreeWidgetItem and it looks great.

How can I do the same thing a Qt Designer Form?  What is the proper designer widget to use to display an icon (or pixmap) in a form for status indicator?

My goal is to add a red / green icon indicator next to a QLabel.
