It works for macro too.

I'm using Qt Creator 1.3.1 and clicking on Q_OBJECT macro (with the
Ctrl key depressed) takes me to qobjectdefs.h where it's defined.

What is happening in your case? Does it become highlighted like a link
when you move your mouse over it while the Ctrl key is depressed?
