[Qt-interest] Windows 7 style/theming (especially toolbars)

Hello all,

I'm new to using Windows 7 (I've been on XP) and had some questions about
styles/themes for it.

I downloaded the latest Qt SDK and installed it on Windows 7. I noticed
that the background color of toolbars are (solid) light gray, when all the
native programs (Wordpad, etc. even Notepad++) have the toolbars'
background light blue (it's a gradient). I'm assuming this is because
there is no Windows 7 style yet for Qt, is this correct? Is one coming? I
haven't looked at Qt under Vista, I'm assuming Qt is automatically using
the Vista style, is that correct?

Is there any (simple) way to have my toolbars derive their background from
the OS in Windows 7? Any other Windows 7 style/theming hints? Thanks!

Here you can see what I'm talking about:
